Based on the Kuningan Botanical Garden area in Padabeunghar village that is situated next to the Gunung Ciremai National Park, Kuningan Botanical Garden under provincial perspective is posed in a strategic position.

1. Kertajati : planned for international airport
2. Sumberjaya : planned for highway outlet Cikampek- Cirebon
3. Cibiru : planned for highway outlet Cibiru- Ciamis & Cibiru- Cirebon
4. Kadipaten : planned for highway outlet Cirebon- Cikampek

During its further development, Kuningan Botanical Garden will be divided into several sub zones :

2. Ex-situ conservation/ Indonesia/ world plants
3. Ex-situ conservation and limited recreation
4. Ex-situ conservation and active recreation
5. Ex-situ conservation and mix-region collection
6. Reception area
7. Supporting area
8. Environmental education area
